Dear Le Bistro Vert Patron/Friend:
We would want you to be one of the first to know--- we will be missing you for a while. We had an unfortunate incident last December 23 when our second floor and our main dining area suffered water damage causing our restaurant to need a full inspection by experts before we can operate again. It is unfortunate that it had to happen at the peak of the celebration season and we had to cancel reservations and advise our friends to move their parties elsewhere.
In the meantime, our priority is our customers' and staff safety. Our Board has decided to close temporarily while we ensure that the premises would be safe for resumption of operations. Due to the holiday season, we have had to patiently wait for engineers and contractors who were on vacation, too.
As we slowly regain our composure, we shall update you most expeditiously on social media like facebook : Le Bistro Vert or Le Bistro @Fraser Place and if you could follow us on twitter: lebistrovert.
It has been a wonderful year of serving you in the best way we can. It is just unfortunate that we have to suspend operations as of the moment. In the meantime, you can avail of sustainable, organic and natural foods at our friendly subsidiary companies: ECHOmarket in Serendra and ECHOstore where we have a cafe serving the same quality of good and natural foods.
